I paid but didn't receive my license key
Check your spam folder first — it arrives from license@variantstudio.in within a few minutes of payment. If it's not there after 15 minutes, email license@variantstudio.in with your payment reference number.
How do I transfer my license to a new computer?
Email license@variantstudio.in with your license key and the reason for transfer. We'll reset the hardware binding within 24 hours.
The TDL is not loading in TallyPrime
See the Setup Guide — Step 4 for manual TDL configuration. If you're still stuck, email admin@variantstudio.in with a screenshot of your TDL settings.
How do I become a reseller/partner?
Fill out the partner registration form at partner.html or email partner@variantstudio.in directly. We review applications within 24 hours.
Do you offer bulk licenses for CAs / firms?
Yes. Email admin@variantstudio.in with the number of seats needed and we'll send a custom quote.
