Please read these Terms and Conditions carefully before using TallyWhatsApp. By installing, subscribing, or using the application, you agree to comply with these terms.
1. License Grant and Usage
TallyWhatsApp is licensed, not sold. Variant Studio grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use TallyWhatsApp on one (1) local Windows PC per active license key.
- Single Device Activation: Each standard license subscription is locked to a single device activation key. If you need to move the software to another machine, support is available to assist you.
- No Commercial Redistribution: You may not modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or redistribute the binary application or TDL patches.
2. Compliance and Anti-Spam Policy
TallyWhatsApp uses WhatsApp's multi-device protocol to send vouchers from your device. You are solely responsible for compliance with local regulations and WhatsApp's service guidelines:
- Consent: You represent that you have consent from your customers to send invoices and receipts to their WhatsApp numbers.
- Spam and Account Restrictions: You acknowledge that sending excessive bulk messages or uninvited materials can lead to temporary or permanent restrictions of your WhatsApp account by Meta. We are not responsible for any such restriction.
3. Payments, Subscriptions, and Refunds
Payments are handled securely via Razorpay. We offer a 3-day free trial so that you can verify the software meets your requirements before buying. Subscriptions will automatically renew or request renewal depending on the chosen plan. If the automated setup fails on your system, we offer a 100% money-back setup guarantee.
4. Limitation of Liability
TallyWhatsApp is provided "as is". In no event shall Variant Studio be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages (including, but not limited to, loss of data, loss of business profits, or business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use this software.
